Throughout the day I'd been worrying about school and academics. Studying for a midterm while trying to work out meet-ups for a group project has been wearing me out. To add to that, planning for next quarter's class schedule while considering UCLA Extension summer classes and CPA exam requirements is weighing me down. So at the end of my 8-hour day, after sitting through a 75 minute lecture that I did not comprehend, all it took was a bouquet of purple and yellow (go Lakers!) irises and a kingsize Kit-Kat bar from the bestest friend ever to cheer me up.
